Hatha-Vinyasa Flow — Tuesdays 5:00pm-6:00pm

In this 60 minute class, we will be working with the breath, alignment-based cues, and meditative-awareness. Most poses are held for a minimum of 3-5 breaths, while honing in on muscle engagement, alignment, and meditative focus. Each class is designed to cultivate strength, balance, and greater freedom within the body. All levels welcome!
