Hatha-Vinyasa Flow — Fridays 5:30-6:45
In this 75 minute class, we will be working with the breath, alignment-based cues, and meditative-awareness. Most poses are held for a minimum of 3-5 breaths, while honing in on muscle engagement, alignment, and meditative focus. Each class is designed to cultivate strength, balance, and greater freedom within the body. All levels welcome! Recommended to bring your own mat.
Restorative Somatics — Sundays 4:30-5:30
Explore the therapeutic benefits of a non-forceful somatic practice with a series of sliding and gliding, undulations, and poses that are deeply nourishing for the nervous system and body. This practice helps us drop into our body’s innate intelligence for restoration and healing through deep presence and fluidity.
Benefits:
Builds proprioception awareness, which is crucial for coordination, balance, and the ability to perform everyday tasks smoothly and efficiently.
Improves neuroplasticity
Improves mobility in the joints
Improves bi-lateral symmetry of the right and left sides of the body
Supports myofascial release & unwinds tension within the body
